Winvlp's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Winvlp platform (winvlp.im) and all associated services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on Winvlp, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Winvlp is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

To use Winvlp's services, you must reside in a country or region where online betting is legally permitted. It is solely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on Winvlp. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance at any time.

Registration Terms:

• Each person may register only one account.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
• Transferring or selling account credentials is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (password) strictly confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access or hacking of your account, notify Winvlp Support immediately.

To update your account details, contact our support team. For security reasons, certain changes may require additional verification.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Winvlp. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Winvlp may request a national ID, passport, or other official documents at any time for age verification purposes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification:

• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• A clear photo of your National ID or passport is required.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement may be requested for address verification.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC is completed.
• Verification is completed within 48 hours of document submission.

KYC information is kept strictly confidential. Winvlp only shares this data with regulatory authorities or third parties when required by law.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500

• Deposits are generally instant; processing may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.
• Funds from a failed deposit are typically returned within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Please make sure you understand these rules before placing any bets on Winvlp. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If the odds change at the time a bet is placed, the bet may be accepted at the new odds or cancelled.
• Pre-match betting closes once the match kicks off.
• In live betting, any bet placed before an internet disconnection remains valid.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Winvlp reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds.
• Bets on a particular event may be suspended if match-fixing or corruption is suspected.

Single & Multiple Bets:

Winvlp supports Single Bets, Accumulator/Parlay bets, and System Bets. For Accumulators, if any one selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

Winvlp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be met.

General Bonus Terms:

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified separately.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — the required wagering amount must be completed first.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Each person or household may only benefit from a promotion once.
• If you have a promo code, it must be applied at the time of deposit to claim the bonus.

The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit. Any attempt to claim a second welcome bonus by opening a new account will result in all associated accounts being closed.

To protect Winvlp's integrity and other users, certain activities are strictly prohibited on the platform.

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraud: Submitting forged documents, providing false information, or attempting fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal payments or money laundering.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots for betting or any other activity.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the system or access another user's account.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonus benefits through unauthorized methods.
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusive behaviour toward support staff or other members.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, Winvlp reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. Relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

Winvlp may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• At the direction of legal authorities.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, a withdrawal will be permitted. However, the balance may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

Users may also request account closure at any time. This can be done through our support team.
